This hotel is in a great location, right next to the Main square. It is perfect for sightseeing, with all the main tourist attractions close by. The rooms are small but clean and comfy, and the staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast is included and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. there is a beer garden/restaurant downstairs that is amazing.
The noise from the beer garden below can be quite loud at night.

Excellent location, near metro and shops. Nice and fresh breakfast. Super helpful and friendly staff. Warm greeting and car assistance by Lana. Family room with cathedral view. Quiet beer garden. Plentiful breakfast spread. Excellent food and service at the restaurant. Convenient location near U-Bahn station.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its central location. It's conveniently close to everything we wanted to see in Frankfurt city centre. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with a special mention to the young and helpful receptionist, Rebeca Arghir. The rooms may have radiators dating back to the seventies, but they were clean and comfortable. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was exceptional.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It is right in the middle of all the main tourist attractions, with the Christmas market and the cathedral just steps away. Being so close to everything made exploring the city convenient. The breakfast offered at this hotel was excellent. There was a great variety of delicious food to choose from, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. They even made fresh coffees and eggs to order, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel had excellent facilities and was kept very clean. I felt safe and appreciated the option to leave my luggage before check-in. The staff was accommodating in this regard, although the storage area was a bit small and didn't feel very secure.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.

Our recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the old town center and the main Christmas markets. The room we booked turned out to be two double bedrooms, each with its own TV and tea-making facility. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms was really nice. The hotel's restaurant downstairs was very convenient for meals and drinks. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, including cooked-to-order eggs. The staff was cute and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for its warmth, cleanliness, and excellent location.
